I have been passionate about food since I was very young.


 

I didn’t grow up with a strong food culture in my life, despite having strong Irish and Italian roots. I have a handful of family recipes you just can’t beat. My great grandmother’s cannoli and butter cookie recipes, another great grandmother’s peanut brittle. But for the most part, the food identity in my family is a fractured one.

I’ve spent my adult life taking the pieces and putting them together to create an amazing legacy for my daughter, building each recipe from scratch.
